I've never really watched many supernatural horror movies if I am honest so I didn't know what to expect when going into this. I found it to be an ok movie. I didn't really find it to be scary at all up until the final scene of the movie. I found the villain to both look really goofy and have a really stupid name that made me not be able to take them seriously. At times it even looked like Morbius. I didn't really find the CGI to be that good either. I found some scenes to be funnier than they were supposed to be. In terms of the positives, I found the plot to be well-written though the ending was predictable. The acting was also really good. Overall, it was decent and I got some enjoyment out of it.

I would have to say that this is a really good movie that's not for me. The writing was really good and I felt that the chemistry between Neal and Del was really good. I found some of the jokes to be really funny as well. I also found some of the scenes to be emotional. This might be personal bias because I grew up with the show, but I found The Flintstones scene to be really funny. There were some flaws that prevented me from enjoying the movie as much as I wanted to though. When I heard that they were making a prequel focused on Tohru's parents, I was really excited for it. I finally got around to watching it when it got put on Crunchyroll. I was a bit disappointed that part of it was a recap though I'm glad that the recap only lasted 30 minutes. The recap did feel largely like it was only there to fill time though.
