I would have to say that I really enjoyed this one. The characters were great and well-written (especially Ed). I also found it to be extremely funny and I couldn't stop laughing throughout most of it. The ending song is also surprisingly really good. One of my few problems with it was that the dialogue could sometimes be robotic. Other than that I would have to say that this is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen and I will certainly watch it again along with the sequel.

Media Name: Perfect Blue Media Type: Movie Release Year: 1997 Director:  Satoshi Kon Production Company: Madhouse English Distributor: GKIDS Runtime: 1 hour 21 minutes Finished Watching: 28th October 2022 My Rating: 9/10 Before watching this movie, I had only seen one other movie by Satoshi Kon and that was Tokyo Godfathers which I thought was decent but not the best. So I was unsure as to how much I would have liked this film but I thought that it was great. This is one of the few horror movies that I found to be actually terrifying with the psychological aspect lending itself to it well. The animation looked great most of the time however there were some scenes where the characters looked goofy. The mystery element also helped to keep me engaged in the movie. Basically the only problems were that some of the scenes were quite gross and made me want to throw up. It could also get slightly confusing at times but not that much.
