Given how much I like the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, I was really excited for this special. I'd have to say that it delivered. I found it to be really funny with the plot of Drax and Mantis kidnapping Kevin Bacon especially being amusing. The acting was really great as well. The CGI was surprisingly great given how CGI in other phase 3 MCU content has looked. The writing was also really good and the special was sometimes emotional. The only bad thing was the rotoscoped 2D animation for the beginning and ending which should have just been live-action in my opinion. Overall, this was a great TV special and gives the MCU a sign of hope.

I would have to say that this is a really good movie that's not for me. The writing was really good and I felt that the chemistry between Neal and Del was really good. I found some of the jokes to be really funny as well. I also found some of the scenes to be emotional. This might be personal bias because I grew up with the show, but I found The Flintstones scene to be really funny. When I heard that they were making a prequel focused on Tohru's parents, I was really excited for it. I finally got around to watching it when it got put on Crunchyroll. I was a bit disappointed that part of it was a recap though I'm glad that the recap only lasted 30 minutes. The recap did feel largely like it was only there to fill time though.
