Staff English Networks: Hi-Dive, Toonami Finished Watching: 30th October 2022 My Rating: 8/10 This season contained both more of what I enjoyed and some of what I didn't like from  the first season . The animation, characters and writing were still really good. Not only that but it also featured a new tournament setting which I found to be really fun and added to the season. The new OP and ED were also both great and I enjoyed listening to them. It was also nice to see characters like Alice Nakiri and Akira Hayama get more screen time after only being introduced in the first season. There was also way less ecchi content in this season which I was glad about. Overall, this was a great season and continued to build upon what the first season started.

Staff English Networks: Hi-Dive, Toonami Finished Watching: 17th October 2022 My Rating: 8/10 I originally decided not to watch this anime since it's ecchi and I don't like ecchi anime. That was until one of my friends told me it wasn't that bad in terms of content and he was right. I ended up really enjoying it. I really liked each of the characters and felt they were well-written. The music was really good with both OPs and EDs being really catchy. I felt that a lot of the jokes landed and I found them to be really funny. The animation looked great especially when they were cooking with the food looking on-par with Studio Ghibli food (unironically not as in the "How does Studio Ghibli always make food look delicious" meme). Media Name: Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun Media Type: TV Series Season: 2 Episode Count 12 Release Year: 2022 Series Director:  Masayuki Kojima Production Company: Kinema Citrus English Networks: Hi-Dive, Toonami Finished Watching: 2nd October 2022 My Rating: 8/10 I only got to watching the first season and the third movie in preparation for this season and I would say that I loved them. I would have to say that this season was probably the weakest part of the show for me so far but I still enjoyed it. The writing and characters were both really good with the new characters also being nice additions to the cast. The animation was really good with even the CGI looking nice (though a bit jarring at first). The usage of gore in the series paired with horror continued to be really well done.
