Weird: The Al Yankovic Story Review
Media Name: Weird: The Al Yankovic Story Media Type: Movie Release Year: 2022 Director: Eric Appel Production Companies: Funny or Die, Tango Entertainment, Ear Booker Productions Distributor: The Roku Channel Runtime: 1 hour 48 minutes Finished Watching: 11th November 2022 My Rating: 9/10 Going into this movie, I had already listened to a few of Weird Al's songs (Amish Paradise, The Saga Begins and the Captain Underpants Theme) along with seen quite a few episodes of Milo Murphy's Law (which he starred in) so I kinda expected this movie to be really over the top goofy. I would have to say that it definitely delivered. I found it to be really funny with a lot of the jokes landing. The acting was really good as well. I also found the movie to be well-written. It was also really nice to not only hear some of the weird al songs which I have already heard but also find some new ones that I also like. I also found the visual effects to be surprisingly really good...
